Abstract | FIELD: catalysts for olefin polymerization processes. SUBSTANCE: in a method where ethylene polymerization catalyst is prepared via interaction of metal magnesium with butyl chloride in hydrocarbon solvent medium in presence of iodine at 70-90 C followed by allowing magnesium- containing carrier thus obtained to stand and treating it with titanium tetrachloride at 15-25 C and agitation, distinguishing feature is that magnesium-butyl chloride interaction is performed in presence of titanium tetrachloride at its molar ratio to magnesium from 0.0025 to 0.006. EFFECT: simplified method and increased catalyst activity.
Способ получения катализатора для полимеризации этилена путем взаимодействия металлического магния с хлористым бутилом в среде углеводородного растворителя в присутствии иода при 70 - 90С с последующей выдержкой и обработкой полученного магнийсодержащего носителя четыреххлористым титаном при 15 - 25С при перемешивании, отличающийся тем, что, с целью упрощения способа и получения катализатора с повышенной активностью, взаимодействие магния с хлористым бутилом проводят в присутствии четыреххлористого титана при мольном отношении четыреххлористого титана к магнию, равном 0,0025 - 0,006. |
