Summary: | The device for determining the compressive stiffness of biological tissues consists of a web (1) connected to a base (2), on which a force sensor (9) is placed. During the measurement, a sample of biological material is placed on the force sensor (9). The side panels (3) are attached to the base (2) using screws (4). A micrometric screw (5) with a linear sliding guide (6) is attached to the web (1), to which the adapter (7) is fixed in the carrier (8). A stand (10) with a camera (11) is attached to the web (1). During the measurement, the adapter (7) is moved towards the force sensor (9) by means of the micrometer screw (5) in such a way as to exert pressure on the sample of biological material, causing deformations of this sample, while using the camera (11) the size of the contact area between a sample of biological material and an adapter (7). The stiffness of the biological material is measured indirectly by means of the measured deformation of the tissue sample.
Zariadenie na stanovenie tlakovej tuhosti biologických tkanív pozostáva zo stojiny (1) spojenej so základňou (2), na ktorej je uložený senzor sily (9). Na senzor sily (9) sa pri meraní uloží vzorka biologického materiálu. Na základňu (2) sú pomocou skrutiek (4) upevnené bočnice (3). Na stojinu (1) je upevnená mikrometrická skrutka (5) s lineárnym posuvným vedením (6), na ktoré je v nosiči (8) prichytený adaptér (7). K stojine (1) je pripevnený stojan (10) s kamerou (11). Pri meraní sa pomocou mikrometrickej skrutky (5) adaptér (7) posúva smerom k senzoru sily (9) tak, aby vyvolal tlak na vzorku biologického materiálu, čím dochádza k deformácii tejto vzorky, pričom sa pomocou kamery (11) zmeria veľkosť kontaktnej plochy medzi vzorkou biologického materiálu a adaptérom (7). Tuhosť biologického materiálu sa meria nepriamo pomocou nameranej deformácie vzorky daného tkaniva. |
