Abstract Sú opísané protimrazové proteíny - AFP látky, spôsob získavania AFP látok z prírodných zdrojov, pričom tento spôsob zahrnuje kroky: a) izolovanie šťavy s obsahom AFP látky z prírodného zdroja; b) tepelné opracovanie prírodného zdroja alebo šťavy obsahujúcej AFP látky zahriatím na teplotu najmenej 60 °C; c) odstránenie nerozpustnej frakcie. Ďalej je opísaný vektor, transformované organizmy, zmrazené cukrárske produkty a zmesi s obsahom týchto AFP látok.ŕ A process for the recovery of AFPs from natural sources, said process involving the steps of a) isolating an AFP containing juice from the natural source; b) heat treating the natural source or the AFP containing juice to a temperature of at least 60 DEG C.; c) removing the insoluble fraction.
