Sulfonyl urea with a general formula (I), where X means an oxygen atom, a sulphur atom or the group closed to the formula SO2, however R2 is a hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine atom or the group called (X1) R3, n is the number 0 or 1, Z is the group Z1 or Z2, E is the methine group or a nitrogen atom, the symbol R8 means alkyl, alkoxy, halogenalkoxy, halogenalkyl, always with 1 up to 4 carbon atoms or cyclopropyl and R10 is represented by the chlorine atom or by the methyl group, the salts of the above mentioned compounds included, except, that the symbol E means the methine group, in the case R8 means halogen atom, and E means methine group, if R8 or R9 means the group with the formula OCHF2, and these urea have good pre-emergence a post-emergence selective herbicide features which enable regulation of the plant growth. This patent also describes the facility, where the above mentioned features are applied, together with the procedure closed to the production of compounds with a general formula (I) and with the procedure closed to the suppression of the unfavourable plant growth, the intermediate products used for the production of these compounds included.
