Abstract | The invention refers to the preparation of hydrophilic polymer on the basis of copolymers acrylamide and acrylic acid. In this procedure acrylic acid and acrylamide are polymerised in a suitable solvent, the pH being 3 to 7, the temperature amounting to 30 to 35 degrees Centigrade, 0.05 to 0.5 part of potassium or ammonium persulphate is added and when the reaction mixture achieves the viscosity 500 to 1000 mPa.s, 5 to 50 ml of interlink is added on the basis of acrylamide and formaldehyde and the polymerisation is left to run to the end. The obtained product absorbs 300- to 350- time the amount of water or 40-time the amount of physiological saline solution and is suitable for the production of medical products and in agriculture.

Opisan je postopek za pripravo hidrofilnega polimera na osnovi kopolimerov akrilamida in akrilne kisline, po katerem polimeriziramo akrilno kislino in akrilamid v primernem topilu, pri pH od 3 do 7, pri temperaturi od 30 do 35 stopinj Celzija, in ob dodatku 0.05 do 0.5 dela kalijevega ali amonijevega persulfata, in ko reakcijska zmes doseže viskoznost 500 do 1000 mPa.s, dodamo 5 do 50 ml zamreževalca na osnovi akrilamida in formaldehida in pustimo, da polimerizacija poteče do konca. Dobljeni produkt vpija od 300- do 350- kratno množino vode ali 40-kratno množino fiziološke raztopine in je uporaben za izdelavo sanitetnih izdelkov in v agrikulturi.ŕ |
