Test strip contains a planar graphite electrode with a modified hydrosol of manganese dioxide and an applied fermentative mixture. Причём ферментативная смесь содержит алкогольоксидазу Pichia pastoris или Hansenula polymorpha, детергент и высокомолекулярный спирт.
