Abstract | FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for production of a high-quality biologically active additive (BAD), which has antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties. Method for obtaining dietary food supplements, with antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties, which is a powder from pomace, characterized by the fact that processing of pomace is carried out in electromagnetic field of ultrahigh frequency with a frequency of 2,450 MHz at a heating rate up to a temperature of 40-45 °C equal to 0.4-0.5 °C/s, followed by drying, cooling and grinding.EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a dietary food supplement with increased antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties.1 cl, 1 tbl, 2 ex
Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности и может быть использовано для получения высококачественной биологически активной добавки (БАД), обладающей антиоксидантными и гепатопротекторными свойствами. Способ получения БАД к пище, обладающей антиоксидантными и гепатопротекторными свойствами, представляющей собой порошок из выжимок яблок, характеризуется тем, что проводят обработку выжимок яблок в электромагнитном поле сверхвысокой частоты с частотой 2450 МГц при темпе нагрева до температуры 40-45°С, равном 0,4-0,5°С/с, с последующей сушкой, охлаждением и измельчением. Изобретение позволяет получить БАД к пище, обладающую повышенными антиоксидантными и гепатопротекторными свойствами. 1 табл., 2 пр. |
