Abstract | FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method of unburned carbon removal from flue cinder obtained at power stations using coal etc; and efficient use of flue cinder and removed unburned carbon. Method involves addition of water to flue cinder to form suspension, addition of collector. Obtained suspension with collector is fed to submerged mixer with rotation shaft passing inside cylindrical main case in its axis direction, multiple chambers formed by internal main case space division in direction of its axis, and stirring blade mounted on rotation shaft and performing rotation in each chamber. Shear force is applied to the suspension and collector. Foaming agent is added to suspension and collector exposed to shear force, and stirred to from air bubbles, enabling unburned carbon to adhere to air bubbles to elevate the said unburned carbon. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of unburned carbon removal from flue cinder. ^ 8 cl, 5 dwg, 2 ex |
