Abstract | FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes tank with outlet hole and powder mix, lubricant feeder with metering unit, pipeline with nozzle, and sleeve transportation device. Efficient lubricant application onto cleaned surface is sustained by the device construction including a frame with moving slide, case guides of which carry a runner driven by a pneumatic cylinder and carrying the tank, pipeline and lubricant feeder with metering unit; outlet tank hole is displaced against the axis of pipeline connected to the lubricant feeder, while the lubricant feeder is a pneumatic cylinder with its rod positioned normally to expulsion axis. The device also features dust settling chamber mounted along the expulsion axis, and sleeve transportation device is parallel to lengthwise frame axis and is made in the form of roller bed with wheel lifting and swiveling blocks installed between rollers. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of lubricant application onto the inner sleeve surface in tube works. ^ 7 dwg |
