Abstract | FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely sintered composition materials on base of metal non-forming carbides containing anti-friction filler, possibly manufacture of friction electrically conducting assemblies, switching electric contacts, for example of electric current leads of electrically driven transport vehicles. ^ SUBSTANCE: sintered composition material contains metallic matrix of carbide non-forming metal; graphite. 3 - 10 mass %; thermosetting resin, 0.1 - 2.0 mass %; polyhedral multi-layer carbon fulleroide-type nano-structures, 0.005 -0.2 mass %. Such nano-structures have interlayer spacing 0.34 -0.36 nm, mean size of particles 60 - 200 nm and specific electric resistance no more than 2.5 x 10-4 Om x m-1 at pressure 120 MPa. Material includes epoxy or phenol formaldehyde resin as thermosetting resin. Metallic matrix of material contains copper, nickel or stainless steel. ^ EFFECT: improved wear resistance of composition and also of counter body at keeping low specific electric resistance of material. ^ 6 cl, 1 tbl |
