FIELD: railway transport; rolling stock; rail bogies. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed bogie has cross beam 1 with seat shafts on ends provided with two support plates 3 and hinged bearing 2. Two-axle frames are secured for movement on shafts of beam by means of ring. Wheels are installed on bearings on axles. Frames are installed for turning relative to longitudinal axis of beam. Plate 7 installed on hinged bearing of beam is provided with pivot with support step 8 and two spring-loaded side bearers on ends in contact with support plates of cross beam. Pivot is secured in bearing by means of nut 10. Plate is provided with fastening holes and seats for connection with vehicle. Plate can be turned relative to vertical and cross axes of beam. Plate of mating of plate and vehicle is located lower than level of wheels. ^ EFFECT: reduced resistance to motion, decreased wear and rails, improved wheel-to-rail adhesion. ^ 4 dwg
