Summary:FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method is implemented due to microscopic studying blood serum in the course of which blood serum of both M.leprae-intact and M.leprae-infected animals after the intake of tested medicinal preparation should be applied onto a slide's surface at the quantity of 20 mcl to be dried at room temperature, then, looking the obtained samples though a light microscope at small magnifying one should carry out comparative analysis of their morphological pictures and at the presence of structure-building picture being similar to that in intact animals it is possible to conclude upon efficiency of antileprous therapy, in case of distinct differences expressed in affected radial symmetry of fissures, their chaotic location, formation of a number of polygonal separate parts, asymmetry in disposition of mono- and polymorphous concretions, availability of inflammation markers it is possible to conclude upon therapy inefficiency. ^ EFFECT: more simplified method of evaluation. ^ 5 dwg, 3 ex
