Abstract | FIELD: optical recognition of text from bitmap image. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes segmenting of image onto objects-sectors, text fragments, images of symbols and recognition of symbols. Preliminary, all the set of implemented means of analysis and recognition is divided onto groups different only by precision of results, then multi-stage analysis is performed, containing, at least, stage of preliminary analysis and gathering of additional information, and at least one stage of deep analysis and gathering of additional information. ^ EFFECT: faster analysis of bitmap image, protection from interference and better correctness of analysis. ^ 12 cl, 1 dwg |
