METHOD FOR SKIN PLASTY OF COVER TISSUE DEFECTS IN DISTAL DEPARTMENT OF INFERIOR LIMBS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: defect's area is measured; cutaneous-fascial fragment is formed at counterlateral shin due to performing incision of skin, subcutaneous fiber and fascia. Incision is started by leaving medially for 2-2.5 cm against internal tibial edge and for 7-8 cm above medial ankle. Then incision is continued upwards but not higher the level of tibial tuberosity, then it should be continued laterally, but not more than up to the middle of posterior surface of shin and made downwards by leaving nutritive pedicle of 7-9 cm width. Defect is covered with the fragment developed. Donor's wound is covered with dermatomic transplant. Limbs should be fixed to each other during fragment's adaptation time. Nutritive pedicle is dissected. The method enables to provide good circulation of fragment and cover large-scale defects. EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty. 3 dwg, 1 ex
