Abstract | FIELD: antifriction materials. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in slider bearings and other coupled parts operated under conditions of high temperatures, heavy loads, and under unfriendly atmospheric conditions. Coating consists of three layers. Layer adjacent to substrate has thickness 10-15 mcm and is made from molybdenum. Intermediate layer 1-3 mcm thick contains epoxide resin-based binder. Outside layer 15-50 mcm thick consists of solid grease containing molybdenum disulfide, graphite, and cadmium oxide. Molybdenum layer is made by depositing it onto substrate using electro-spark alloying technique. EFFECT: increased wear resistance, shear strength, and lowered couple fraction coefficient. 3 cl, 4 tbl |
