Abstract | FIELD: agricultural microbiology, soil science. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied for restoration and increasing soil fertility due to application of the suggested biopreparation of pesticide destruction property (for example, simazine) and stimulating soil fertility. Foundation of this biopreparation- destructor is consortium of lactic acid bacteria such as: Streptococcus thermophilus, Streptococcus bovis, Lactobacillus salivarius var. salicinicus, Lactobacillus salivarius var. salivarius, Lactobacillus acidophilus (VKPM-5972), plant polysaccharides, microelements in the form of complexonates, unsaturated fatty acids - precursors of prostaglandins. Application of the above-mentioned biopreparation enables to obtain ecologically safe destructor of pesticides, develop conditions for intensive decomposition of soil xenobiotics.
