Abstract | FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying middle portion laparotomy, pancreas abdominization, omental bursa marsupialization. Microirrigator conductors for quartz laser light guides are introduced into retroperitoneal fat. Intravenous infusions of ozonized physiological salt solution in the amount of 400 ml with ozone concentration of 4-5 mg/l and pancreas pancreatonecrotic zones irradiation with helium-neon laser with pulse succession frequency belonging to 80-30000 Hz bandwidth are combined in postoperative period.
