Abstract FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow casing and photosensitive element. Ultraviolet filter is positioned on one side of the casing permeable for electromagnetic radiation in the 320 to 420 nm bandwidth and impermeable for solar radiation of visible radiation bandwidth. Photosensitive element is set behind the ultraviolet radiation filter as a plate which one half bears luminescent solid activated with electromagnetic radiation in 340 to 420 nm bandwidth and the second half is covered with luminescent solid activated with electromagnetic radiation in 280 to 340 nm bandwidth. Unit for performing visual control of luminescent solid luminescence is mounted on the other side of the hollow casing. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in determining soft or hard bandwidth predominance in ultraviolet radiation. 2 cl, 1 dwg
