agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has oval-shaped hopper narrowing toward bottom part and pans with discharge window positioned in lower part and equipped with gate. Two spring-type conveyors are positioned in guides inside hopper along its longitudinal axis, with conveyor shafts following profile of hopper inner surface. Wedge-shaped, semihelical plates sharpened at both sides are fixed perpendicular to spring inner surface. Conveyors are interconnected through kinematic coupling permitting rotation of conveyors in opposite directions. Conveyors are equipped with reversal type drive allowing rotational speed to be controlled. Apparatus provides for high-quality mixing of feeds with required homogeneity and dosed dispensing of succulent, fibrous and concentrated feeds in dry and wet state, and, if needed, may be used for storage of said feeds. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of prepared feeds. 4 dwg
