Abstract metallurgy; metal scrap remelting units. SUBSTANCE: multi-nozzle end-piece oxidant supply passage; additional nozzles are located at angle of 10 to 20 deg. relative to longitudinal axis of end-piece in direction from this axis in way of motion of oxidant; peripheral nozzles are communicated with fuel delivery passage and their outlet holes are located over two circumference; diameter of one circumference over which outlet holes of peripheral nozzles are provided exceeds diameter of circumference over which outlet holes of additional nozzles are provided and peripheral nozzles located on it are inclined from longitudinal axis of end-piece in way of motion of fuel at angle of up to 5 deg. for entrapping jets of oxidant escaping from additional nozzles by escaping jets of fuel. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of burner during heating-up scrap metal, due to use of oxygen at increased penetrability for spotfacing and settling of charge; reduced acoustic pressure. 3 cl, 2 dwg _
