Abstract | liquid mixing devices; chemical, food-processing, liqueur-and-vodka and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of liquid to reservoir where it is mixed by means of vertical shaft placed in tube and provided with auger at its end. Minimum clearance between auger and inner surface of tube ranges from 2 to 32 mm at the following ratio: dtube:dres= 1: (5.3-7.6), haud:htube=1:(3.1-4.25), S:daud=1:(2.9-3.6), where dtube is diameter of tube; dres is diameter of reservoir; haud is height of auger; htube is height of tube; S is auger pitch and daud is diameter of auger. It is preferable that minimum distance between auger and reservoir bottom zdis ranges from 250 to 350 mm. It is desirable that the following ratio is observed: hmin:(zdis+htube)=1:(2.8-3.3), where hmin is minimum level of liquid in reservoir. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of mixing liquids of rather low density preferably alcohol and water; improved quality of finished product; enhanced in-storage stability. 4 cl, 1 dwg |
