Abstract | microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves selective concentration of pathogenic microorganisms on magnoimmunosorbents followed by detection of reaction antigen-antibody. Then samples with positive reaction antigen-antibody are analyzed by polymerase chain reaction to determine genetic determinant of pathogenicity. It is especially important for indication of microorganisms of very dangerous infections in the low concentrations with simultaneous determination of pathogenicity determinants.
