Abstract organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: described is method of preparing cis-1,4-polybutadiene by polymerization of butadiene-1,3 in hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of catalyst comprising cobalt compound, alkylaluminium chloride and water using low-temperature treatment of components. Process is carried out in the presence of alkylsubstituted butadiene in amount of 4-35 mole % based on sum of butadiene and alkylsubstituted butadiene. Butadiene and alkylsubstituted butadiene are first prepared in solution of butadiene and aliphate hydrocarbon containing water with toluene content of 2.2- 2.7 vol. % per mixture of solvents and volumetric ratio of alkylsubstituted butadiene to toluene from 0.4 to 3.2. EFFECT: frost-resistant desired product. 8 ex
