SUBSTANCE: paper consists of insulation layer (natural paper basis) and conducting layer: mixture of aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol (4-10% of alcohol based on the weight of mixture) and carbon black (4-10%). Film with thickness several mcm formed on the surface of paper, consisting of polymer-carbon composition with 1-2% carbon of the weight of paper, is characterized by high retention capacity excluding diffusion of carbon into insulation layer, high adhesion for paper basis, and high airproofness.
