Summary: | metallurgy, more specifically, production of critical rolled products for manufacture of tubings with prolonged service life. SUBSTANCE: method includes charging of charge into furnace, melting of steel of definite chemical composition, steel alloying, treatment of steel in ladle, steel casting, austenization of ingots, their deformation and final cooling of stock. Steel is alloyed with nickel and chromium by introduction into charge of naturally alloyed pig iron in amount of 5-40% of charge weight and additional additive of ferroalloys into ladle. EFFECT: higher cold resistance of metal and corrosion resistance of rolled products. 4 cl, 1 ex |
