Abstract | medicinal polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to enterosorbent based on microcrystalline cellulose that can be used for treating acute and chronic infections, exogenous and endogenous intoxications, disturbances of the fat and other types of metabolism and to microcrystalline cellulose technology. Powdered enterosorbent, in particular, contains 50-60% of microcrystalline cellulose particle fraction 4-100 mcm and 40-50% of fraction 100-400 mcm. Enterosorbent is prepared by hydrolysis of native or extracted from vegetable tissues cellulose with 0.5-1.5% aqueous mineral acid solution at 110-130 C for 5 to 15 min followed by drying, disintegration, and fractionation to pick of microcrystalline cellulose particle fraction 40-400 mcm. EFFECT: increased sorption capacity. 4 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex |
