Abstract | FIELD: equipment for puncture testing of fibrous semifinished products, paper, and cardboard material. SUBSTANCE: instrument has testing device with sample pressing mechanism consisting of cylindrical body, flexible members, two pressure members made in the form of rings, rubber membrane fixed on upper pressure member, and loading mechanism with hydraulic cylinders. Movable stem with ball bearing is positioned within cylindrical body of sample pressing mechanism. Loading mechanism and sample pressing mechanism are coupled to rectilinear reversing movement drive effectuated by means of contour follower. During testing of samples, contour follower moves to the right to act successively through movable stem and flexible members on lower pressure member and through hydraulic system on membrane. EFFECT: simplified construction, wider range of sheet materials to be subjected to puncture test and enhanced reliability in operations. 1 dwge |
