According to the invention, the lyophilized extract comprises 25...50 parts of Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis), 15...20 parts of aqueous extract of plantain (Plantago lanceolata), 10...20 parts of aqueous extract of marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis)/ aerial parts of wormwood (Artemisia annua) and 5...10 parts of propolis aqueous solution, the parts being expressed by weight per 100 g of product. The preparation process, as claimed by the invention, starts by mixing the Aloe Vera gel with the plantain aqueous extract, with the aqueous extract of marigold/ aerial parts of wormwood and with the propolis aqueous solution, in this order, while stirring, until they result in a homogeneous mass, after which the mixture is passed through a micro-fine colloidal mill, subjected to coagulation at -40°C, lyophilization at -20°C and finally to grinding down to an average grain size of 15 μ m. Invenţia se referă la un extract liofilizat din plante, bazat pe efectul sinergic al compuşilor bioactivi vegetali cu efecte antibacteriene, antiinflamatorii şi de regenerare a ţesuturilor şi la un procedeu de obţinere a extractului. Extractul liofilizat conform invenţiei este constituit din 25...50 părţi de Aloe Vera ( Aloe barbadensis ), 15...20 părţi de extract apos din pătlagină ( Plantago lanceolata ), 10...20 părţi de extract apos din flori de gălbenele ( Calendula officinalis )/ părţi aeriene peliniţă (Artemisia annua) şi 5...10 părţi de soluţie apoasă de propolis, părţile fiind exprimate în greutate pe 100 g produs. Procedeul de obţinere conform invenţiei începe cu amestecarea în ordine a gelului de Aloe vera, cu extractul apos de pătlagină, cu extractul apos de gălbenele/ părţi aeriene poliniţă şi cu soluţia apoasă de propolis, sub agitare până la obţinerea unei mase omogene, se trece amestecul printr-o moară coloidală microfină, se coagulează la - 40°C, se liofilizează la - 20°C şi la final se macină până la o granulaţie medie de 15 μ m.
