Abstract | The invention relates to a process for preparing a collagen- and keratin-based bio-composite for stimulation of rape seed germination and plant nourishing. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: processing the gelatin extracted from semi-processed bovine hide fragments and keratin hydrolysate extracted from sheep wool, gelatin additivation with 10...15% glycerol to which 15...20% keratin hydrolysate heated to 50...65°C are admixed while stirring for 20 min, mixing it with 0.5...5% mixture 1:1 of essential oils of Thymus vulgaris and Cinnamomum verum and tanning extract of Caesalpinia spinosa, respectively, addition of 4...10% oxygenated water, while stirring for 1...2 and cooling , to result in a bio-composite which is solubilized in water at a temperature of 40...60°C, being intended for application on the surface of rape seeds, as an external bioactive layer.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui biocompozit pe bază de colagen şi cheratină pentru stimularea germinaţiei seminţelor şi a nutriţiei plantelor de rapiţă. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în etapele de prelucrare a gelatinei extrasă din fragmente de piele bovină semiprelucrată, respectiv, hidrolizat de cheratină extras din lână de ovine, aditivarea gelatinei cu 10...15% glicerol peste care se adaugă 15...20% hidrolizat de cheratină încălzit la 50...65°C şi sub agitare timp de 20 min, amestecarea cu 0,5...5% amestec 1:1 uleiuri esenţiale de Thymus vulgaris şi Cinnamomum verum, respectiv, extract tanant de Caesalpinia spinosa, adăgare de 4..10% apă oxigenată, cu agitare timp de 1...2 ore, cu răcire, rezultând un biocompozit care se solubizează în apă la temperatura de 40...60°C pentru aplicare pe suprafaţa seminţelor de rapiţă ca strat exterior bioactiv. |
