Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei compoziţii bioactive pentru tratarea rănilor superficiale. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, constă în aceea că 80...95% amestec format din 96...99 părţi în greutate nanoceluloză bacteriană de concentraţie 0,4...0,6%, 0,15...1,5 părţi în greutate hidrolizat de colagen având o greutate medie de 5000...12000 Da şi 1...3 părţi în greutate sorbitol sau extract de sâmburi de grapefruit, se agită la temperatura camerei, timp de 30...60 min, după care se adaugă 5...20% soluţie de silice biogenă având un conţinut de siliciu de 2,3...7,5 mg/l, rezultată din fermentaţia unui amestec de infuzie de ceai negru, zaharoză, consorţiu simbiotic de bacterii şi drojdii, şi pleavă de orez şi/sau pulbere de coada calului, rezultând o soluţie vâscoasă având un conţinut de substanţă uscată de 5...15%, fiind condiţionată sub formă de gel resorbabil în timp la locul aplicării.
