Abstract | The invention relates to a process for preparing a bioactive composition for treating superficial wounds. According to the invention, the process consists in that 80...95% mixture comprising 96...99 parts of bacterial nanocellulose of 0.4...0.6% concentration, 0.15...1.5 parts of collagen hydrolysate having an average weight of 5000...12000 Da and 1...3 parts of sorbitol or grapefruit seed extract, the parts being expressed by weight, is stirred at the room temperature for 30...60 min, further 5...20% biogenic silica solution having a silicon content of 2.3...7.5 mg/l, resulted from the fermentation of a mixture of black tea infusion, sucrose, symbiotic consortium of bacteria and yeasts, and rice hulls and/or horsetail plant powder are added, to result in a viscous solution having a dry matter content of 5...15%,which is then conditioned as a gel resorbable over time at the application site.
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unei compoziţii bioactive pentru tratarea rănilor superficiale.
