Summary:The invention relates to a process for preparing a gel based on natural plant extracts, meant to be used in haemorrhoidal disease therapy. According to the invention, the process consists in extracting active principles from the species Allium ampeloprasum (wild leek), Vitis vinifera (grape vine) and Aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) and preparing the plant extracts as aqueous solutions having a content of polyphenol expressed as gallic acid of 386.4...655.8 mg/l and a total flavonoside content expressed as quercetol of 9.08...11.72 mg/l, to be combined in a ratio of 1:1:1 and incorporated in a carbogel base 2%, in a plant extract : carbogel mass ratio of 6:4, resulting in a gel which exhibits a content of active principles of 54.40...92.33 mg/100 g of total polyphenols expressed as gallic acid and 0.89...1.05 mg/100 g of total flavonoside expressed as quercetol, good spreading capacity and a pH value of 8.4...8.8. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui gel pe bază de extracte naturale, cu utilizare în terapia afecţiunilor hemoroidale. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în extracţia principiilor active din speciile(praz),(viţă de vie) şi(castan), şi prepararea extractelor vegetale sub formă de soluţii apoase, având un conţinut de polifenoli exprimaţi în acid galic de 386,4...655,8 mg/l, şi un conţinut de flavonozide totale exprimate în quercetol de 9,08...11,72 mg/l, care se combină în proporţie de 1:1:1 şi se încorporează într-o bază de carbogel 2%, în raport masic extract vegetal:carbogel de 6:4, rezultând un gel având un conţinut în principii active de 54,40...92,33 mg/100 g polifenoli totali exprimaţi în acid galic, şi 0,89...1,05 mg/100 g flavonozide totale exprimate în quercetol, o bună capacitate de întindere şi unH de 8,4...8,8.
