The invention relates to a fertilizer and to a method for applying the same. According to the invention, the fertilizer consists of 0.26...15.59% total nitrogen, 0.39...5.48% phosphorus as phosphorus pentoxide, 0.81...19.28% potassium as potassium oxide, 2.62...42.72% organic substances, namely 1.93...39.03% organic substances from algae, 0.78...15.67% alginic acid, up to 1% iron, zinc, copper, boron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum and cobalt, respectively, 0.36...5.14% sulphur as sulphur trioxide, as well as carbohydrates, organic acids and vitamins. The method, as claimed by the invention, consists in that the fertilizer is administered by spraying as aqueous solution in a concentration of 0.3...0.5% onto plants or of 0.01...0.02% onto seeds. Invenţia se referă la un fertilizant şi la o metodă de aplicare a acestuia. Îngrăşământul conform invenţiei este constituit din 0,26...15,59% azot total, 0,39...5,48% fosfor ca pentaoxid de fosfor, 0,81...19,28% potasiu ca oxid de potasiu, 2,62..42,72% substanţe organice, respectiv 1,93...39,03% substanţe organice din alge, 0,78...15,67% acid alginic, până la 1% fier, zinc, cupru, bor, magneziu, mangan, molibden, respectiv, cobalt, 0,36...5,14% sulf ca trioxid de sulf, precum şi carbohidraţi, acizi organici şi vitamine. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în aceea că fertilizantul se administrează prin pulverizare sub formă de soluţie apoasă de concentraţie 0,3...0,5%, pe plante, sau 0,01...0,02%, pe sămânţă.
