Summary: | The invention relates to an osseous implant structure and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed structure comprises a metal substrate (5) of stainless steel having a content of 0.013...0.030% C, 0.80...1.73% Mn, 0.3...0.7% Si, 0.019...0.036% P, having a grain size of 10...764 μm, a biocompatible polymer layer (13) of polymethyl methacrylate type having a thickness of 300 nm, a layer (14) formed of bioactive glass from the system SiO-NaO-KO-CaO-MgO-POin admixture with a wide-spectrum antibiotic or a natural plant extract with antimicrobial effect, having a thickness of 300 nm and a hydroxyapatite coating layer (16) which allows rapid osseointegration. The claimed process consists in depositing thin layers by means of matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation method, resulting in a thin film structure adherent to the substrate, with controlled thickness at monolayer level.
Invenţia se referă la o structură de implant osos şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acesteia. Structura conform invenţiei este constituită dintr-un substrat (5) metalic, din oţel inoxidabil, având un conţinut de 0,013...0,030% C, 0,80...1,73% Mn, 0,3...0,7% Si, 0,019...0,036% P având o granulaţie de 10...764 μm, un strat (13) de polimer biocompatibil de tip polimetacrilat de metil, având o grosime de 300 nm, un strat (14) format din sticlă bioactivă din sistemul SiO-NaO-KO-CaO-MgO-POîn amestec cu un antibiotic cu spectru larg, sau cu un extract natural de plante cu efect antimicrobian, având o grosime de 300 nm, şi un strat (16) de acoperire de hidroxiapatită care permite osteointegrarea rapidă. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în depunerea straturilor subţiri prin metoda evaporării cu ajutorul laserului pulsat, asistată de o matrice, rezultând o structură cu filme subţiri aderente la substrat, cu grosime controlată la nivel de monostrat. |
