Abstract | The invention relates to a hybrid system for generating circular polarization and adjusting wavefront for laser beams. According to the invention, the system comprises two plane mirrors (1 and 3) and a deformable mirror (2), arranged so that the direction of an input beam is collinear with that of the output beam, having the mirror positioning angles so selected that the phase introduced between the polarization components of S- and P-type is of approximately 90°, where the mirrors may move, integral to one another, about the axis of the incident beam propagation, for controlling the ratio between the intensities of the polarization components of S- and P-type, and where the deformable mirror (2) is used for adapting the wavefront.
Invenţia se referă la un sistem hibrid pentru generarea polarizării circulare şi ajustarea frontului de undă pentru fascicule laser. Sistemul conform invenţiei cuprinde două oglinzi (1 şi 3) plane şi o oglindă (2) deformabilă, dispuse în aşa fel încât direcţia unui fascicul de intrare să fie coliniară cu cea a fasciculului de ieşire, cu unghiurile de poziţionare a oglinzilor alese astfel încât faza introdusă între componentele de polarizare de tip S şi P să fie de aproximativ 90°, şi în care oglinzile se pot mişca solidar în jurul axei de propagare a fasciculului incident, pentru controlul raportului între intensităţile componentelor de polarizare de tip S şi P, şi în care, pentru adaptarea frontului de undă, se foloseşte oglinda (2) deformabilă. |
