Abstract The present invention relates to a technological process of treating cyprinid culture biomass with probiotics in order to obtain a higher production and to biosecure the recirculating system of breeding by stimulating the fish immune system, by using a probiotic product of zootechnical use, additivated to the fodder in a concentration of 3.2...3.84*10CFU/kg of fodder. According to the invention, the process consists in providing the expression of the bio-productive potential of the one-year old Cyprinus carpio species, by increasing the average daily growth by 5...40% in relation to the witness, simultaneously with the stimulation of the host immune response, by significantly increasing the lymphocytes and decreasing the number of neutrophils at the leukocyte picture level, and increasing the hemoglobin quantity and the erythrocyte number, respectively. Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu tehnologic de tratare a biomasei de cultură ciprinicole cu probiotic, în vederea obţinerii unei producţii superioare şi a biosecurizării sistemului recirculant de creştere prin stimularea sistemului imun al peştilor, prin folosirea unui produs probiotic pentru uz zootehnic, aditivat furajului într-o concentraţie de 3,2...3,84*10UFC/kg furaj. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că se asigură exprimarea potenţialului bioproductiv al speciei, în vârstă de un an, prin creşterea sporului mediu zilnic cu 5...40% faţă de martor, concomitent cu stimularea răspunsului imun al gazdei, prin creşterea semnificativă a limfocitelor şi scăderea numărului de neutrofile la nivelul tabloului leucocitar, respectiv, prin creşterea cantităţii de hemoglobină şi a numărului de eritrocite.
