Summary:The invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation of the bioadhesive disk type, having antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and wound healing effects and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the preparation comprises 0.01...0.1% metal complexes of cyclohexidine with Cu(II), Zn(II), Ag(I), a solution (1:3) of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate : methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, gelatin, sorbitol, glycerol and water, presented as smooth translucent yellowish disks having a surface pH in the range of 4.5...6.25. The process claimed by the invention consists in hot dissolving the weighed starting materials in water, pouring the mixture into moulds, gellifying the same at the ambient temperature, followed by the control and conditioning of the final product. Invenţia se referă la un preparat farmaceutic, de tip disc bioadeziv, cu acţiune antimicrobiană, antifungică, antiinflamatoare şi cicatrizantă, şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestuia. Preparatul conform invenţiei este constituit din 0,01...0,1% complecşi metalici ai ciclohexidinei cu Cu(II), Zn(II) şi Ag(I), o soluţie (1:3) de-hidroxibenzoat de propil:p-hidroxibenzoat de metil, gelatină, sorbitol, glicerină şi apă, care se prezintă sub formă de discuri netede, translucide, de culoare gălbuie, cu unH al suprafeţei de 4,5...6,25. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din dizolvarea în apă a materiilor prime cântărite, la cald, turnarea amestecului în forme, gelifiere la temperatura camerei, controlul şi condiţionarea produsului finit.
