PROCESS FOR MAKING UNDERWEAR WITH ENHANCED FUNCTIONAL AND COMFORT PROPERTIES

The invention relates to a process for making underwear such as corset, panty hose stocking, panty hose or bermude, meant for persons with circulatory affections. According to the invention, the process consists in knitting two successive stripes (b1 and b2) in the plated plain knitted structure with connecting drawings, having various ratios (r1 and r2) of selecting needles, by using a basic yarn (F1) for all the systems and at least a supplementary yarn (F2) for one of the systems, for forming an upper supporting top (Ms), retaining the starting eyelets on the retaining pads and marking the tailoring lines, then there being performed the transfer of the starting eyelets from the retaining pads on the needles, by superposing the two stripes (b1 and b2) of the top (Ms) and continuing knitting the body of an item (T, T' and T'') in the plain knitted structure or plated plain knitted structure with structure drawings consisting of retained eyelets, delimiting at least an area (b3, b4, b5, b6b4', b5' and b6') with different compressibility/elasticity, having a surface with variable geometry, corresponding to the anatomic shape of the user's body, in some areas with different compressibility there being introduced at least one supplementary yarn (F2) and in the end there being carried out the knitting for the terminal part of the item, by forming at least a lower top (Mi), by performing, in reverse order, the operations corresponding to forming the upper top (Ms) and/or those corresponding to forming a panty hose tip having plain knitted or/and non-run structure. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de realizare a unor articole de lenjerie de corp cum ar fi corset, ciorap-pantalon, ciorap, colant sau bermude, destinate persoanelor cu afecţiuni circulatorii. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în tricotarea a două benzi (b1 şi b2) succesive în structura glat vanisat cu desene de legătură, având nişte rapoarte (r1 şi r2) diferite de selectare a unor ace, folosind câte un fir (F1) de bază la toate sistemele şi cel puţin un fir (F2) suplimentar la unul dintre sisteme, pentru formarea unei manşete (Ms) superioare de susţinere, reţinând buclele de început pe platinele de reţinere şi marcând liniile de croire, apoi fiind făcută transferarea buclelor de început de pe platinele de reţinere pe ace, suprapunând cele două benzi (b1 şi b2) ale manşetei (Ms) şi continuarea tricotării corpului unui articol (T, T 'şi T") în structura glat sau glat vanisat cu desene de structură formate din ochiuri reţinute, delimitând cel puţin o zonă (b3, b4, b5, b6b4', b5' şi b6') cu compresibilitate/elasticitate diferită, având o suprafaţă cu geometrie variabilă, corespunzătoare formei anatomice a corpului utilizatorului, în nişte zone (b3, b4, b5, b6 b4', b5' şi b6') cu compresibilitate diferită fiind introdus cel puţin un fir (F2) suplimentar şi în final fiind făcută tricotarea părţii terminale a articolului, formând cel puţin o manşetă (Mi) inferioară, prin executarea în ordine inversă a operaţiilor corespunzătoare formării manşetei (Ms) superioare şi/sau cele corespunzătoare formării unui vârf de ciorap cu structura glat şi/sau indeşirabil.
