The invention relates to a speech therapy kit meant to be used in specialized therapy rooms for treating speech deficiencies. According to the invention, the speech therapy kit comprises a U-shaped support (1) made of resilient metal or plastics, provided at its free ends (a, b), on the inner part thereof, with some prominences (2) allowing the support to be fixed on patient's face while maintaining the jaw bone in an open state, in each arm of the support (1) there being cut some orifices (c) wherein there is mounted a cylindrical rod (3) on which there are introduced some sliding spatulas ( 6, 7, 8, 9) with a view to positioning the speech organ correctly, at the free ends (a, b) of the support (1) there being movably articulated some parts (4) connected to each other by means of a nasal clip (5) meant to obstruct the exhaled air column. Invenţia se referă la o trusă logopedică utilizată în cabinetele de logopedie, pentru terapia deficienţelor de vorbire. Trusa logopedică, conform invenţiei, este alcătuită dintr-un suport (1) de forma literei U, realizat din materiale metalice sau materiale plastice cu proprietăţi de elasticitate, care este prevăzut la capetele libere (a, b), pe partea interioară a lor, cu nişte proeminenţe (2) care permit fixarea pe obrajii pacientului şi menţinerea deschisă a maxilarului, pe fiecare braţ al suportului (1) fiind prelucrate nişte orificii (c) în care se montează reglabil o tijă cilindrică (3), pe care se introduc nişte spatule (6, 7, 8, 9) glisante, pentru poziţionarea corectă a organului vorbirii, la capetele libere (a, b) ale suportului (1) fiind articulate mobil nişte piese (4) care sunt legate între ele cu o pensetă nazală (5), ce are rolul de a obtura coloana de aer expirat.
