Summary:Process for obtaining stable dispersions of aggregates of graphenic nanofilaments in water and the product obtained by it from a mixture of aggregates of graphenic nanofilaments and water, wherein the graphenic nanofilaments have a special configuration in the form of a continuous spiral ribbon. Said mixture is subjected to a process divided into two main stages, a stage consisting of stirring the mixture in order to wet uniformly the aggregates of graphenic nanofilaments, and a stage consisting in a partial deaggregation and stretching of the aggregates of graphenic nanofilaments, resulting in a stable dispersion of modified aggregates of graphenic nanofilaments wherein their outer surface in contact with water is increased in order to enhance the interaction with the water of said modified aggregates, such that it is possible to determine a separation distance between the same that prevents their reaggregation.
