The invention further relates to methods for producing said dosage forms, to the use of said dosage forms as drugs, and to the use of said dosage forms for the prophylaxis, secondary prophylaxis, or treatment of diseases, in particular cardiovascular diseases, cardiac insufficiency, anemia, chronic kidney diseases, and renal failure.
