Abstract Disclosed is a compound of Formula I wherein one of A1,A2 or A3 is N, and the others are independently selected from CH or N; R1 is a (1-4C)alkyl group which is optionally substituted by one or more substituent groups selected from -OR5 (wherein R5 is selected from hydrogen or (1-2C)alkyl), cyano, halo, or ?NR6R7 (where R6 and R7 are independently selected from hydrogen, (1-2C)alkyl or (1?2C)alkanoyl); n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; each R2 group present is independently selected from (1-2C)alkyl, (1-2C)alkoxy, fluoro, chloro, cyano, hydroxy(1-2C)alkyl, or a group of sub-formula: -Q-R8 Specific examples of a compound of Formula I include N'-(3-chloro-2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-N-(4-chloro-6-morpholin-4-yl-pyridin-2-yl)-N'-methylpyrimidine- 2,4-diamine, and N'-(3-chloro-2,4-difluoro-phenyl)-N-(2,6-dimorpholin-4-ylpyridin-4-yl)-N'-methylpyrimidine-2,4-diamine; Also disclosed is the use of the compound of Formula I for treating cancer.
