Summary:Disclosed is the use of a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, polymorph, solvate, hydrate or diastereoisomeric form thereof, for manufacture of a medicament for treating, preventing or managing of pulmonary hypertension, wherein L is O or S; Q is C(O)Rx; Rx is hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy or NRaRb; A is an optionally substituted phenyl, pyridinyl or naphthyl group; B is an optionally substituted phenyl or naphthyl group; and wherein the remaining substituents are as defined herein. Of particular importance is the use of medicaments which comprise 4-{4-[3-(4-chloro-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-ureido]-phenoxy}-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid methyl amide (BAY 43-9006).
