In formula (I), (II) and (III); X is I, Br, Cl, F or -CN; R1 and R2 are each independently is H or -OR5; R3 is H, -C(=O)(CH2)nCO2H or an amino acid; R4 is H or -OH; R5 is H, -C(=O)(CH2)nCO2H or an amino acid; n is the integer 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6; provided that R1 and R2 are H when R3 is other than H.
