To provide a smart water quality measuring system using an environment stress inducer measuring device in which use and maintenance are easy and there is no cost burden.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a smart water quality measuring system comprising: a measuring unit 100 that measures water quality information of a sample for water quality measurement; a computer 200 that determines the degree of contamination of the sample from the water quality information measured by the measuring unit 100 (including information indicating whether or not an environmental stress inducer of the sample is included); a server 300 that receives the water quality information and the degree of contamination of the sample from the computer 200, and stores and manages them; and a mobile terminal 400 that transmits a control command for controlling the measurement operation of the measuring unit 100 to the server 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
