Abstract | The present invention pertains to a method to degrade deoxynivalenol present in a water containing mass, by adding to this mass an enzyme capable of degrading deoxynivalenol, wherein the enzyme that is added has at least 70% amino acid sequence identity with the amino acid sequence according to SEQ ID No 2. The invention also pertains to the use of the enzyme as an additive for animal feed and to animal feed containing this enzyme. |
