Summary: | A heat exchanger (10A) according to the present disclosure includes an antifouling coating film formed on a surface to be protected against dust. The antifouling coating film is made up of at least nanoparticles. A surface of the antifouling coating film is made so even that calculated average roughness Ra falls within a range from 2.5 nm to 100 nm.
