Abstract Provided is a slide door structure enabling appropriate suppression of a large gap between a rear upper-end of a slide door and a vehicle body side surface when a large load acts on the slide door from the cabin side. The slide door structure includes a belt-line reinforcement (5A) for an outer panel and a belt-line reinforcement (5B) for an inner panel of the slide door (SD). The belt-line reinforcement (5A) for the outer panel includes a rear portion disposed in a region below a rear pillar (40) of a window frame portion. The belt-line reinforcement (5B) for the inner panel is disposed in a region other than the lower adjacent region. In a region of the inner panel (2) which is in the below-region and which is above a center roller (7c) disposed in a rear portion of the slide door (SD), no inner-panel reinforcement member is disposed except for a reinforcement member (60) locally disposed in an area from a door lock device (6) to the center roller (7c).
