Abstract | This invention describes a rinsing device and its utilization in an adsorption unit in simulated movable bed of a load comprising a plurality of beds (32) of an adsorbent, each one among them is linked or connected by a fluids distributing member (34) comprising a fluids distributing line (35) in at least a load inlet (38), at least a desorbent (or solvent) inlet (37), at least an extract decanter (36), and at least a refined decanter (39), each inlet and each decanter comprises a gate valve (36a, 37a, 38a, 39a), device is characterized in that each distributing line (35) on each bed comprises at least a rinsing valve (41a), rinsing valves set is connected to a displaced fluid circulating line (100), line comprises a fluid circulating pump (102) and a regulator (103, 104) of fluid stream released by pump, each rinsing valve (41a) is connected to a managing or actuating member (50) for these valves opening or closing. Use in 8 carbon atoms aromatic hydrocarbons separation, mainly to obtain very high purity paraxylene is also described.
Se describe un dispositivo de enjuague y su utilizacion en una unidad de adsorcion en lecho movil simulado de una carga que comprende una pluralidad de lechos (32) de un adsorbente, cada uno de entre ellos está enlazado o conectado por un organo (34) de distribucion de fluidos que comprende una línea (35) de distribucion de fluidos en al menos una entrada (38) de carga, al menos una entrada (37) de un desorbente (o solvente), al menos un trasiego 36 de un extracto y al menos un trasiego (39) de un refinado, cada entrada y cada trasiego comprende una válvula de compuerta (36a, 37a, 38a, 39a), el dispositivo está caracterizado porque cada línea (35) de distribucion en cada lecho comprende al menos una válvula de enjuage (41a), el conjunto de válvulas de enjuague está conectado a una línea (100) de circulacion de un fluido desplazado, la línea comprende una bomba de circulacion (102) del fluido y un regulador (103, 104) del caudal de fluido liberado por la bomba, cada una de las válvulas de enjuague (41a) está conectada a un organo de comando o accionamiento (50) de abertura o de cierre de estas válvulas. La aplicacion en la separacion de hidrocarburos aromáticos de 8 átomos de carbono, principalmente para la obtencion de paraxileno de muy elevada pureza. |
