Abstract | The present disclosure is related to a welding equipment employing a self-adjustable magnetic induction soldering iron powered by a low voltage radio frequency source, wherein said equipment comprises: a self-adjustable magnetic induction soldering iron; a radio frequency source which is in charge of power supply the self-adjustable magnetic induction soldering iron and a voltage source, which is responsible for supplying power to the radio frequency source for proper operation. The magnetic induction soldering iron is formed by: thermal insulating handle, a metal housing attached to said thermal insulating handle, an electrical insulating element which is placed in the inner bottom of the metal housing, a resonant coil placed inside the resonant coil and coupled to a welding tip, a welding tip snapped inside the insulating element, inside de metal housing, a thermal insulating element place inside the metal housing, a plurality of fastening elements and a plurality of oppressors.
La presente invención se encuentra relacionada con un equipo para soldar que emplea un cautín de inducción magnética autorregulable, alimentado por una fuente de radiofrecuencia de bajo voltaje, en donde dicho equipo comprende un cautín de inducción magnética autorregulable; una fuente de radio frecuencia que se encarga de alimentar al cautín de inducción magnética autorregulable; y, una fuente de tensión que se encarga de suministrar energía eléctrica a la fuente de radiofrecuencia para su correcta operación. El cautín de inducción magnética se encuentra conformado por un mango aislante térmico; una carcasa metálica unida a dicho mango aislante térmico; un elemento aislante eléctrico que se aloja en la parte interna inferior de la carcasa metálica; una bobina resonante colocada en el interior de la bobina resonante y que se acopla a una punta para soldar; una punta para soldar que se sujeta a presión en el interior del elemento recubridor dentro de la carcasa metálica; un elemento aislante térmico ubicado en el interior de la carcasa metálica; una pluralidad de elementos de sujeción; y, una pluralidad de opresores. |
