Summary: | The invention relates to a thread-splicing device (10) for a workstation (2) of a textile machine (1) producing cross-wound bobbins. Said device: has a splicing prism (19) comprising a splicing channel (20), to which pneumatic pressure can be applied, as well as thread-guiding plates (22, 23) located on both sides of the splicing channel; and is equipped with thread-locking means (11A, 17A). In order to improve the appearance and the strength of the spliced joints produced by the thread-splicing device (10) when processing coarse yarns, according to the invention at least one interference element (30) is positioned on each of the two sides of the splicing prism (19) in a region between the thread-guiding plates (22, 23) and a thread-locking means (11A, 17A) in such a way that the thread ends to be spliced contact the interference element (30) during the splicing process.
La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de empalme de hilo (10) para una estación de trabajo (2) de una máquina textil (1) que produce bobinas de enrollado cruzado y tiene un prisma de empalme (19) con un canal de empalme (20) al cual puede aplicarse presión neumática, así como placas de guía de hilo (22, 23) dispuestas en ambos lados del canal de empalme, y que está equipado con medios de bloqueo de hilo (11A, 17A), Para mejorar la apariencia y la resistencia de las juntas empalmadas producidas por el dispositivo de empalme de hilo (10) cuando se procesan hilos gruesos, se provee que al menos un elemento de interferencia (30) esté ubicado en ambos lados del prisma de empalme (19) en una región entre las placas de guía de hilo (22, 23) y un medio de bloqueo de hilo (11A, 17A) de tal manera que los extremos de hilo a empalmar entren en contacto con el elemento de interferencia durante el proceso de empalmado. |
